  • Crashing constantly on watch

    I really enjoyed this app. I have been using it for a few weeks. However after the last iPhone update, it constantly crashes on my watch. I hope it’s something they fix soon or I will have to cancel my subscription.

    I purchased keelo with the idea that it was smart and would prescribe workouts that helped my become stronger and more fit. It did not. Specifically, at times it prescribed some lifts at 45#. When I would lift heavier and enter those weights, nothing changed. It would still prescribe low weight. In addition, my profile was listed as advanced. This is NOT an alternative app for high intensity workouts, such Crossfit or heavy boot campers. Do not subscribe to Keelo if you prefer heavier weights or longer workouts (WODs).

    Workout prescriptions are smart and give me just as good of a workout as at my Crossfit box. The app gives me pretty good targets to hit with each workout which helps me push myself. The design is clean and simple, yet it still provides a good amount of user customization which allows me to easily adapt my workout based on the equipment that I have available.

    The calorie count is far too optimistic previously, but it is more credible in the new version, which fixed the only flaw of this app.

    Have been looking for something to shake up my routine. Just what I needed. Challenging and a great mix of workouts. Love how complete the program is with warm up, strength, conditioning and cool down. I'm 55 years old and my 25 year old daughter is doing them with me. We both love this app!!
