  • Can't Create Account

I am unable to create an account.
  • Resentfully tricked into buying; will look for alternative

For the most part, Planoly does what it says it does. But I don’t have full functionality on my desktop because it doesn’t work with Wacom pen tablets, and when I mentioned this to their support team I received pretty rude feedback. (This is the only website i have ever had trouble with in 14 yrs if using a Wacom pen). I was still planning on seeing how it worked for me after 1 month of usage, thinking I would make about 30 posts which is the upload limit for free users. It is not made very clear that this is anything you upload, including what you delete; I was using it to make a plan of what images I was going to spend my time editing each week so I uploaded many unedited photos... I hit my upload the second week in even though I only have 18 photos up... which has forced me to purchase prematurely so I don’t lose this months productivity and left me feeling not very confident in Planoly’s customer service. I would have been a verrryyyy happy customer if my pen tablet issue was handled with more sympathy and if 30 uploads didn’t include deleted photos. You would have a glowing review and I probably would have purchased with confidence next month and I would have upgraded as my business grows and spread the word to my friends and associates. Instead I’ll be handing out warnings and looking for another app.

Can get this to work? I guess this has to be set up with PC? Frustrating.
  • Not Getting My Money’s Worth

    By McBooBoo
I was really enjoying this app and upgraded to the 3-month plan paid version and after three scheduled posts, I got a message saying that they couldn’t post anymore scheduled posts due to Instagram policies. So now I have to manually post all of them, which is a bummer because why am I paying for this app then?
  • Instagram blocks posts made from this app

    By CeallaighO
As soon as I upgraded to the paid version and started posting directly through planoly, instagram would shadowban my posts so that only my followers could see my posts but it wouldn’t show up under any of the hashtags I used for nonfollowers to see. I experimented with posting from planoly and I would get 0 likes in fifteen minutes and would delete and then post the same picture with the same hashtags from my phone and would get 20 likes in ten minutes. Instagram must have some information about the paid version that allows them to block posts made with it. I tried it multiple times over multiple days. Response to response: I don’t understand your response. I am trying to tell you that Instagram blocks the visibility of posts under the post’s hashtags if a person posts via your app with the paid version. Maybe that’s something you want to look into rather than just dismiss. “Official Partner” or not, that is what happens.
  • problem already

I barely downloaded the app and it already had an issue. I couldn’t link my Instagram account to the app because there was a “broken link”. I really wanted to like this app, but I didn’t. Disappointing :(

  • iPhone X issue

    By lmhinvt
I can’t seem to post to Instagram from app on iPhone X. When I click on notification it tells me what to do but when I do it the post disappears! This has happened two days in a row. Now I have to recreate my scheduled post. Frustrating! I understand it is an iPhone issue but I can’t keep losing the posts. Planoly please help!
  • Customer service is impressive...Good app but needs some improvement

    By Neeyatt
I tried to use the solo plan for $9 for a few months and once I decided to switch to the free plan, the app won’t let me add pictures even though I haven’t uploaded up to 30 pictures this month. I reached out to customer service while logged on via computer and they helped to refresh my account shortly afterwards. And I’m glad to say that I have my free plan again.
