    Great app. Workout right there for you to see. If you don't know how to do it you can click on the lift and you'll get a tutorial. I add in some cardio and you have yourself a killer work out!

    Totally understand that all apps need to make money, but... to offer a free app, then update it and require a monthly payment plan to continue using?? Bad business. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

    Visuals so you don't have to take your workout folders. Just wish there was something where you can track the weights of each lift. Should also add alternative lifts. Overall, great meal plans, great workouts, and great app!

    Super easy to follow and if you have any doubts about the exercises. You can always click on the videos and it will show you how to do it correctly! I'm on my second week and let me tell you. You will need those 2 days of rest after leg day! I'm still a little sore.
