    The LoseIt app offers great support. I find it easy to record everything I eat. A calorie count is available for nearly every food in every grocery store and restaurant. I especially like the scanner. It’s easy to set goals and progress with weight loss using the app. I highly recommend it.

    I like the ease of this app. I like the simplicity of it, so no need to upgrade for me. I like that it keeps me accountable for the day. Not many glitches. The only things I’ve seen is sometimes if I’ve gained weight, the calories will go up instead of down. If I mess with my weight numbers and change it to a higher number, then re-enter the correct one, it will show the correct calories for the day. I like that you can scan the bar code on foods, and that it stores it, so you’re not re-entering the food again and again. A couple times with scanning it brought up some other item, but this is rare. For keeping myself in the “free” range on this app, it works for me. If you like simplicity and something to keep you accountable, I recommend this app. I would have given it a 5 rating, but gave it a 4 because of these minor glitches.

    I’m using this app along with the Hcg diet and this tool has been life saving. Holds me accountable for what I eat plus I can check my macros. Only problem is I want to upgrade to premium but I don’t want to pay for a full year. Month to month would be nice even at a slightly higher price.

    Thanks to Lose It I am more aware of my caloric intake. I still experience constant struggle with cravings and snacking (mostly at night), but will continue to add my foods to the list in hopes of making better choices while shopping and/ or dining out. My next steps: 1. Get better control of time between meals 2. Stick to portion sizes I’m only one pound down in 3 weeks, but will continue the journey as I learn from Lose It and the Lose It community. Thanks for the support.

    I totally would recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a challenge!!! It has changed my life and has adapted to my personal life as well. It has multiple settings to change to your personal traits and lifestyle, as well as a variety of foods and workouts to choose from!!! Best app ever!!!!
