  • Needs improvement

I've been debating for awhile if I should buy a year subscription or not. I finally caved when they had a promotional discount. I decided to try it out for my A&P lab. I was excited that I could input pictures (did this on my laptop) but there is no editing tool so I could circle certain parts of my picture that pertained to that flash card. I downloaded the study blue app to my iPad so I could study on the go. The flash cards are so small I can't make out what I need to in my images and there is no zoom in feature for the images. Definitely a waste of money and time so far. On a positive note I do like that you can make a copy of a previous study guide to change things or add to the deck. Some changes and add on's I made got deleted even though I hit save. I like the idea that I can take my flash cards on the go. I don't have to carry around a huge stack of them. Hopefully these features can be improved on before my year is up.

I have an 8AM test tomorrow but thanks to StudyBlue's system being down for over two hours I haven't been able to study because I can't even access my notecards. I really hope I don't fail because of this!
  • Wow

Was great when I first downloaded it. Then the updates started rolling out, and the interface has progressively gotten worse. I now have to place myself in a university class, a feature that for me (and I imagine several others) serves absolutely zero function. I was under the impression that this was a purely flash card based app, and that I wouldn’t have to divulge any personal information such as signing in with an email or Facebook account (and why would that be necessary?). WRONG. The latest update requires me to sign in with google or Facebook. I said “okay well I’ll just sign in with my gmail, I don’t want my Facebook being attached to this.” Nope, doesn’t work, making it mandatory that I sign in with my personal Facebook account in order to access the notecards I spent hours creating. On top of this, several times after downloading the latest “update” I reopened the app to see that much of the info on my notecards was deleted. I now am going to have to learn how to use quizlet because the once simplistic flow of this app has been ruined by an over-complicated interface that for many only serves one purpose: notecards. Thanks.
  • Issue with viewing flash cards on iPhone X

    By Treyslice7491
I think this app works great. The only issue I recently ran into was not being able to see the complete text in the flash card mode on the iPhone X. I’m sure this will be fixed in the next update or two, but I thought I’d bring it up. Other than that, this app is still awesome.
  • Worst study app ever.

You have to pay to do basically anything. Quizlet is way better! Don’t download this app. Complete waste of time.
  • Please make an update to solve this problem

I use to love StudyBlue, however, the app has been frustrating to use. I been having issues with it erasing my definitions. I brought this up on an online help session and nothing has been resolve. This is frustrating because I have a whole year of med school notecards on here. There is no way I can go back to my notes to retype my erased definitions. I might have to find a new program for board studying if this is not fix.
