With the launch of the series 3 Apple Watch, you should have updated your app for standalone support. Please do this before you lose more users.
  • Endomondo Samsung Gear S3 app and IOS app

    By jrb1480
Very excited about the new Gear version of Endomondo working with iOS. It should be noted that when I considered purchasing this Smartwatch, an Endomondo app for the watch was a primary consideration. I inquired of the Endomondo support staff in this regard and was advised the watch app, compatible with iOS, was slated for 9/2017 release ...and they met that commitment. The Endomondo Android app for the Gear S3 was released earlier and I went through the individual reviews of that app. Battery life appeared to be a concern in full standalone usage for some of the reviewers. I made a point in my first 35 minute workout using the Endomondo Gear S3 app to note all my baseline watch resource levels before and after the workout session. The watch app settings for the first session used GPS and heart rate tracking with short intervals and only resulted in a 2% decrease of overall battery life remaining for the entire session and the several miles tracked. That is very minimal in my experience, and certainly entirely acceptable from my perspective. Though this was a very limited glimpse of the Endomondo Gear S3 app running with iOS, it’s performance was gratifying and seemingly very well done. I must also note that every one of of my communications and interactions with the Support staff at Endomondo over the past years have been courteous, prompt, accurate and informative in nature and with excellent follow through. One of the most satisfying application purchases I have experienced. Kudos to Endomondo and their responsive staff!

  • Great, until update

    By Alousie56
I love this app! It helps me keep track of my calories when I'm riding. However, with the new update, if I leave the app, go to another app, and then go back to the app, it stops my progress! It's so strange! Hopefully they'll fix it in the next update. I don't want to have to be worrying if the app is continuing to work while I'm working out.

I've enjoyed using Endomondo to track all sorts of activities and report my progress. Need to track and other stats? Just bring your cell phone and start this app. Update: still using after a year. Still more than satisfied with results.

  • Love the app, but give me the cute logo back!

The app and its functionality is great, not super happy about scrapping the logo for just the under armor logo!
  • I LOVE This App.

I've been using this app exclusively now, I started using it when I was an avid runner on my blackberry. I won't use anything else. Thank you!
