    I downloaded this app bundle, not really knowing what to expect. I’ve been searching for a way to meditate for awhile now, and haven’t been able to find anything down my alley. After my first 5 minute session, I feel much calmer and happier. I’m a mom of two boys, I’m in school and I have a lot of craziness in my daily life. This is a great way to relax, unwind and refresh. I’m thrilled to have found something that works for my schedule, and that I look forward to utilizing everyday.

    I love this app! I use it for yoga without voice. And I love it with the voice when going to sleep- it helps me leave the day behind. I heard back within an hour from the developers when I asked about an update- updated for iOS 11;-) So many apps of this nature get so complex & bogged down. The simplicity of this one makes it easy to use quickly.

    Very simple. Very nice. Have had it for quite some time. I don't use it a lot, but some times three or four nights in a row and I'm good to go for a while. The lack of a subscription also keeps my blood pressure down. :)
