    I can only see one issue of the magazine despite having a one year subscription!! My account is also not recognized so I cannot manage my account... This app is really of no use.

    Updated the iOS on my phone and now having trouble with the the app. The problem that I’m having with the app is going back to the previous issue like September issue and now I’m stuck with The current issue. I’m not satisfied

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice, nothing works. Conde Nast doesn't recognize my account. Can't log in. Can I get a refund?

    Issues download, pages do not show - only a code sequence on red background. I have deleted and re-installed the app again and again. Also I see this is a persistent problem across many many loyal users. Shame on your tech team. Seriously, you are awful. Please fix.
  • Great read, horrible support

    Until I am able to restore my past purchases, I won't be renewing my subscription. I have spoken to 2 separate individuals at Apple, who had me reinstall the app, which didn't fix the issue. I have sent 3 emails trying to get to the app developer, which hasn't been successful. I won't be renewing until this issue is fixed.

    I used to love getting my digital British Vogue every month, but since updating the app, no issues appear available for download any longer. There is no explanation for this other than a pop up that says "an unknown error has occurred with the library". When I press the "App Support" button on the review page, it just takes me to the website for the magazine with no way to report or troubleshoot any problems. Even after deleting the app and re-downloading it numerous times, the same "error" occurs. It's a serious pity that the app has become totally USELESS just after renewing my two-year subscription. Rest assured they promptly charged me for the renewal fee without any problems, however. Either fix the app or furnish a full refund, please. I haven't been able to access any issues since about June and am close to switching to a competing magazine.
