    I've been recording my workouts for many year in a small notebook. I have probably 5 or so full just hanging around. This app is the only one I've come across that is as easy to use and log as just writing it down. The rest timer is also a great feature for me because I always forget to check the time between sets. I'll be recommending this app to my friends and clients.
  • Forcing me to pay for a subscription caused me to stop using it

    My husband paid a one time fee to unlock being able to log his workouts. I decided to start lifting more frequently about a month ago and he recommended this app. I used the app once or twice to see if I liked it before paying to unlock it. I went back then to upgrade using the one time fee and found that an update to the app no longer left that as an option. While I would prefer to use this app I am not going to pay a monthly subscription fee for a feature I can get elsewhere for free. I was willing to pay the one time amount. I get it's a business decision for you, but to have the option then lose it when you went to use it is disappointing. I won't be using your app.

    The Strong app has a very robust set of features, yet the developers were able to keep it super intuitive. I've used several workout apps and this is by far the best one.

    I've tried other apps and they all made things too complicated or rigid so I just used Evernote. The I heard about Strong and am amazed at how user friendly and helpful it is!
