    What an incomprehensible failure National Geographic. How stupid are they? This is a MAGAZINE APP. A monkey could program it, and half the time I open an issue, there's no way to get back to the library. Closing the app doesn't help. Restarting my iPad doesn't help. It's just total f*ing, infuriating garbage. Total waste of a subscription price. Don't bother. If you want to read their stuff, find it online. This app will just ruin your day.

    The last rime I read my magazine was the Jan-Feb issue. Now I have been unable to exit this edition to see the current issues. Why is it every time one thing gets fixed something else is broken. IT needs to do better reviewing of app before implementing. I hate paying for something i can’t read.
  • Not easy to navigate

    No idea how to get back to main menu once a magazine is open. They make it very difficult to close current issue. Why can they install red x to close??? Simple enough and users would be back at main menu.

    I want to cancel my subscription but it’s unclear how to do that. I am already getting my subscription through my Amazon prime. I don’t need to pay for another copy. Help!

    The app was great until they changed it to just a reproduction and not a good digital experience. I thought they may change it back, but not happening, so cancelling the subscription.

    I wished I read the reviews before subscribing. I would never have imagined that this magazine would subject its digital subscribers to landscape view only. All my other digital subscriptions put this one to shame. So I'm going to be one year only subscriber unless they can get up to par.

    Landscape mode makes reading the print difficult. Always pinching to resize.

    Save your money. This was a good tablet magazine until these morons changed it to a landscape only orientation "scan" of a hard copy. Worst part, they made a big mistake but won't man up and admit it. All recent reviews are bad but they're sticking to their guns rather than going back to the old format that worked. Subscription cancelled.

    Landscape only view is impossible to read. Cannot imagine the editorial staff of this beautiful magazine to have done any user testing before releasing this app. Please quickly restore the portrait page view or start refunding subscriptions starting with mine.
