Paperless Post is a well designed stationary application that makes it easy to choose from and customize invitations and e-cards for all different types of occasions whether they be for weddings, dinner parties, birthdays, Thank You's and many more. The app allows you to save favorites and view cards you have sent. What makes this app different from others is that caters a bit more to a upscale demographic with exclusive partner designs from Oscar De La Renta, Kate Spade and others and it allows you to manage events with its smart tool features. Paperless Post is well worth a download for those who use invitation services and/or e-cards a lot.
  • I recommend this app.

I used this app to invite hundreds of people via email. Many replied accept or regrets. App also tells you who opened email but not yet responded. Others remained in a unopened status, which means it made it to either the recipients inbox or spam folder. In this case: Paperless has contractual agreements with major ISPs such as Yahoo, AOL, Gmail, etc., and monitor these domains daily. There can be smaller email clients that do not recognize Paperless Post or corporate/organizational email servers that are more aggressive in how they filter mail and are more challenging to get through. However, Paperless has a system that resends your card to anyone that is unopened after 2-3 days and have a few follow up tools on the Tracking page to help you reach out to unopened recipients. All in all I would recommend this app
  • So hard to use and expensive to boot

Site requires use of the app to creat a customized invite but the format is awful-moving typeset and wording is so not user friendly, it's hard to move from page to page, few options for specifics, no matter how many times I added contacts-it would say "invalid entry". AND it's expensive! I created the exact same card, quickly and free on Evite. Skip this.

You can't even do basic things like creat and send a card successfully. They obviously never did even minimal testing before publishing it. Don't waste your time, if you want use PP use a computer and their web site.
  • Terrible app

It's pretty disappointing that this app is so bad. It's very UN-intuitive and makes it really difficult to get anything done. Half of the features are broken and there is no landscape mode. It's painful to use. Expected more from paperless post.
  • Bad update?

I used to like creating invites with the iOS app but just now tried and this version has crap UX. I can't even type out a custom sentence on the invite with a selected font without it defaulting to another font mid-word. So awkward. After I scheduled a send time, I can't edit it unless I unscheduled it. I can't remove someone from the guest list unless I delete everyone I added after them also.
  • Nice designs, terrible app function

So frustrating. Will not let you add an envelope back in or migrate recipients from one event to another. Cannot view drafts designed on app on account in desktop version. Cannot access favorites saved. And now finally, the backdrops will not populate. Waiting to hear from customer service now since I have already purchased coins. Very annoyed.

Every time... all the time! The worst app!
  • Invitations will never be received

The templates are beautiful and fairly easy to create. They charge you too send the invites but it's a waste of money because no one will ever see them. They are flagged as spam and disappear from sight immediately. I have a notice that I've been invited to something in the app, but it will not let me access it. The app also crashes. Good idea, nice templates, email delivery is a huge disappointment.
