    I highly recommend this app to anyone struggling with anxiety or just wanting to practice more mindfulness. It has helped me countless times when I need to ground myself through an anxiety attack. The background noise is great, and the guides do a beautiful job of gently guiding you through with calm, loving voices. I only wish there were more practices available for free! Unfortunately I can't afford the paid version, and the free features are rather limited, but I do love the ones available to me nonetheless.

    Love this app! So so so disappointed that the guided body scan is no longer offered for free anymore :( That was my main use for this app. Will need to explore other areas within it now!

    I had more sleepless nights than I care to think about before I found this app. Now, I’m asleep every night within 10 minutes using the guided meditation. Also, has helped me learned ways to better manage anxiety and stress. Everything this app has to offer is useful! Love that it also has sessions and stories for kids and now college students!

    And this app has added an extra layer of happiness/CALMNESS that I've never experienced. The ladies voice is so soothing and calm, i feel as though I've been cleansed by the end of the short sessions. Currently on the 21 days of Calmness and I can say without a doubt, this app is for anyone suffering from traumatic brain injuries, CTE, concussions. All of which I've dealt with while playing football from 6th grade all the way to 5 years in the #NFL. I am so happy this is a part of my daily routine to recovery! ❤️ **need to fix the end screen where you write about your session! you write too much and the page doesn’t move and you can’t see what you’re writing!! Fix please!!

    This app has helped with my major anxiety disorder. I've tried meditating in the past and have never been successful but this app is different. It has helped me to RELAX & BREATHE! Even if it's just for a little while I find those moments are priceless. It also has taught me to be mindful and try to put myself back into that calm place. It has also helped with my insomnia, helping me get to sleep. Try it. I hope it works for you too!
