You can manage and turn off your auto-renewal subscription via iTunes Account Settings. To end a subscription, disable auto-renewal and allow the current period to end.     Your should let us change the hour of work every week different if we want for example not every Saturday work or every Saturday at the same time just open at the time we want in different days

    When the app first came out it was very simple and easy to navigate. Now with each update it’s becoming more and more confusing, as well as very glitchy. My clients consistently have problems scheduling appointments and in order to not loose business I have to schedule them. What’s the point in paying for the service if I have to schedule them myself. Customer Service NEVER has a clue about anything that goes wrong and always give information that is incorrect. I’m really upset because I’ve invested a yr plus into this service and now I’m faced with having to move my rather large clientele to another app!!!

I have had to reach out to customer support on a few occasions and they respond within seconds! Great way to manage a company.

    I'm finding out that clients sometimes don't receive a reminder text. I am paying for them to do that for me. Therefore, I'm out money from the client not showing and the app ripping me off. I highly recommend styleseat for the $10 extra. The Booksy app also doesn't let you enter an appointment on the day that you click, it makes you scroll to find the date and time and if you forget to change that (as it automatically stays on "today's date") then you could be booking people wrong. To me, it could be WAY easier and more time saving. Again, pay the extra for styleseat!

    I love Booksy!!! I have had six people switch to Booksy and they love it too! My clients were hesitant at first but they love it now. I have used Booksy for two and a half years and it’s only given me problems twice. The fact that my clients can book and not have to worry about me answering or returning their text for confirmation is the highlight. There are so many great features like changing appointment times, adding multiple services, cancellation fees and it’s a payment method.

    When I first started using this app it was awesome. There were some things like instead of a closing time i would prefer a “last appointment” time. In the past two months clients are having complications booking appointments. They are prompted to make new accounts. The app tells them I’m booked when I’m not. I’m constantly having to make the appointments for the client when it’s supposed to be client friendly and that defeats the purpose. I’ve had clients show up for appointments that never showed up on my end nor did I receive an email for it. Client had their confirmation email to prove she booked it tho. When I try to chat with support they’re not responding in a timely manner and even when I give client names whoever had issues, Booksy’s text support can’t find the issue. Sorry but too many glitches to stay with this company. Clients are frustrated and so am I. I wished this would have worked better for me.
