  • Can’t start sleep analysis on Apple Watch

    So I downloaded the app cause I just got a new Apple Watch. The app seems to be working perfectly on my phone but I can’t seem to press start on my watch. It doesn’t do anything. I even upgraded with the extra features thinking that’s why I couldn’t. But I can start it on my phone just not on my watch no matter how many times I hold or just press the start button. Is it still working just on my phone or maybe this is a bug that needs to be fixed? I’m already disappointed and I just got the app. Thanks.

    This app has helped me control how much and how well I sleep! I have yet to use the caffeine use and other such add ones, but hope to soon. It’s very interesting to see the difference between sleeping in my bed verses other places. The recordings are useful given I sleep with my window open and it catches the trash truck every Thursday! I’m a heavy sleeper so rarely any noise wakes me up; however, the alarm eases me into a smooth wake! I’ve caught myself, my parents, and another voice on the recordings... kinda frightening. Overall, an addition to focus on dream journaling would be a super cool addition:) I have recommended to multiple people!

  • Grossly Inaccurate and Difficult

    I am 5 months into this frustrating App and Apple Watch. Last night it recorded a little over 8 hours in bed but 13 hours sleep but the graph indicated I was awake the whole time!! There have been times that I have gotten up to go to bathroom and then to kitchen for milk but it indicated I was asleep. WORTHLESS.

    Been tracking my sleep patterns with Pillow for almost two years. Last year had some major medical issues related to sleep. Already having data from Pillow to look at trends helped me to sell my case to the Dr. and provide evidence to back it up. With treatment started, I continue to use Pillow every night. When other ask me what I use to track sleep, I am always happy to recommend Pillow.

    Have yet to be woken up before my alarm is set with the smart alarm technology. Maybe I’m using it wrong. The app is nicely made though.

    I enjoy using the app on my watch. I find the information generally correlates with my belief of how I slept. I just wish it told me in hours and minutes how much deep and rem sleep I had and not a percentage.
