    Love the NYT Cooking app - the chefs present their recipes with both ease and elegance. Melissa Clark is my absolute favorite and her recipes are totally foolproof. I have made multiple recipes from various chefs with restaurant quality success. The annual subscription is worth every penny considering the smiles and compliments I’ve enjoyed from family and friends!
  • Printing Issue

    This is the only app I have that will not allow me to print the recipe and instructions. Am I alone?

    It won’t let me save recipes from sources other than the NYT to folders. So, I have to search through my long collection of un-categorized recipes. It also won’t let me delete recipes from my phone app. So, recipes I’ll never make again are still cluttering up my already unorganized recipe box. Fix these two things and it’d be perfect

    I love this app! Gorgeous photos, thousands of recipes, and the best part of all is how it keeps the screen on when you're in a recipe so you don't have to keep waking your phone up with food-covered fingers!!

    I learned to cook by word of mouth from my mother and Great Aunt not until I married did I start using recipes from the NYT I’ve had a subscription to the NYT for over 30 years The app is extremely informative and gives food history which I love So thank you NYT for thinking of this foodie who treasures your erudite approach to food Happy Turkey Day 🦃 Brenda Tyus Faust

    Love the recipes on this ap, the ability to organize them by the categories I choose. I frequently refer to other users comments on recipes I plan to cook which I find very useful.

    Had been a great app, used in conjunction with our paid subscription to the NYT. App now requires a separate subscription, so I have to pay once for the food section of the paper, then pay again to access the same recipes in this app.

    I have been using the NYT Food website for two years now. I have heaps of wonderful cook books which I use constantly. However the Times Food site has become my ‘go to’ resource when I want a quick idea for dinner or to research an ingredient or recipe. The range of contributing chefs is awesome. I particularly love the comments section for individual recipes which add a whole different dimension of ideas and shortcuts. Everything works too - which isn’t always the case with recipes. I’m a fan!
