  • Another great MS product left to die

Works great on WP. On iOS it can’t even sync properly without going to Replace Band and pairing it again, and again. Just a huge headache. Oh, and the cool GPS map is broken too.
  • Slow syncing

    By Feinburg
I come from the Windows 10 Mobile platform and I thought syncing was an issue but this can take up to a minute to sync up with the latest information from the Band 2. If they improve the syncing on the app to the Band I was give it 5 starts until then it will stay at 3. Update to the app. If you are downloading this app you are using a discounted Band 2 device. I hope they will at least fix the sync issues and make it layout for iPhone X.
  • Terrible

Just like everyone every body else, am not able to sync with the band anymore, which renders the band completely useless. I wish I could go back and never buy it, it's never worked 100% for me. That's too bad for Microsoft because the design is pleasant and the functionalities are there, it's all software issues I've had.
  • Not very useful currently

Since the Band has been discontinued it would be nice if we could pair other fitness devices to this app (Apple Watch, FitBit, Etc)
  • Microsoft vs Apple health app

    By Jp646464@
I have filled in all the required info for the Medical Id. I used to use the app for walking. I then started to use the stop watch and inacuracy on my Iphone 7 is atleast 30 percent. I did not know about the microsoft app.
  • Please update

Does not work. It gives a network error
  • Infuriatingly buggy

    By FeralWill
Pairing with an iPhone 6S Plus on the latest version of iOS was painful. Step tracking inexplicably shows THREE different numbers on the Band 2 itself, the Microsoft Band app and the Apple Health app, even after syncing and granting the app access to motion data. I have little tolerance for bugginess and rough-around-the-edges experiences and this makes me disinclined to purchase other Microsoft products in the future.
  • Perfect!

  • Doesn't work well

The app seems to only sync steps with the MS Band 2. It doesn't see my workouts, runs, sleep, or anything else. I'm ready to buy an Apple Watch because of this crapy work from MS.
  • Microsoft Band App

The app works. Slow syncing but I assume that's due to the amount of data that transfers. Anyways, I'm enjoying the abilities of the Band 2. Although, Microsoft replaced one due to cracking in the band. Kudos to Microsoft on that. Hopefully they'll decide to improve on the band 2 someday....
