    This app costs money to use beyond the first month and there's no option to cancel on the screen that forces you to agree by clicking continue. DO NOT INSTALL (unless you are dying to pay Verizon more money - in which case, why do you need the app?)

    The recent update has made this app much more user friendly and actually enabled content filters for iOS, so I was thrilled! Until I checked into how easy it would be for the child to change it. Pretty easy. Just delete it from their phone. The developers need to make deletion tied to the RESTRICTIONS password, NOT the DEVICE PASSWORD. My kids know their device password!! So that little thing changed it from the app I've been looking for my whole life, to garbage in an instant. So disappointing. Side note: Verizon needs to make it so *each phone* gets separately throttled down to slower data when they hit their device's data limit. As it is, the data is just cut off, making it impossible to locate your teens, making iMessage really unpredictable. Throttled data is what would happen to every phone on our plan if I did not put a data limit on anyone and we hit our collective limit. So why not do it to individual phones?

    If this actually worked consistently for more than a few days at a time it would be fabulous! But it doesn't, first of all it takes like 5 days to actually start working (update numbers, calls and text) then it works for maybe 3-4 days and starts giving you error messages when you try to sign in. This lasts two weeks( so far from my experience) then maybe you will be able to log in the fourth week of service but it will not show all calls and texts ( it seems to pick and choose which to show you) I've compared it to the bills online and they don't match. Overall, of this app actually worked all the time or even 80% of the time I would recommend it but it doesn't so DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! Real rating is .5 stars for having a good idea but not delivering it and still charging for it.

    Some controls work and others do not. Also wifi access will bypass all controls in some cases. At one point family lines were blocked even though they were never included in the blocked contacts section. Tech support was not up to speed on trouble shooting either.

    Thank you for putting MOST of the parental control features I need into one place. Up to this point I have had to use three different apps to monitor my kids. I love the content control feature! I am begging you to please also add the option to place time limits on wifi app usage - I.e. Ability to set a limit on how long the kids can spend on YouTube or Facebook each day. Also I'd like to be able to view their internet history from the app on my phone. And also GPS tracking. Those are the only three features I still need to use another app for.

    I got the app and set it up to block my kids' iPhones but every time I try to check their status, I can't log in. It says network error. Why couldn't it use my fingerprint like the Verizon app? Even when I check the box that says "keep me logged in", it still makes me log in every time! Why?!? Fix this and I'll give you 5 stars

    Downloaded the app for the first time. Can't even log in; I tap the fields where I'm supposed to enter my phone number and password, and nothing happens.

    This app is useless. I blocked Snapchat, but the notifications still display on my daughter's phone, (which is like torture for her to see, especially since now she can't read any of the messages). It really should disable every feature in the app 100%. The accuracy of the texts and calls is terrible. My daughter and I were texting, and the app didn't reflect any of this activity! Features that would be helpful would be: 1) A sync of phone Contacts so that when looking at the phone number in the Verizon Family app, it would show a name associated to it, and 2) Visibility into the kid's chat and picture logs to view more specifics, 3) The ability to see all other chat apps on the phone. In my daughters scenario, I know other chat apps are being used since we blocked Snapchat, and it would be nice to be able to see what apps those are, and have the ability to disable them too.
