Guardzilla App Description

Home security is a large and growing concern for most people, but the high price (and monthly fees), complexity and burdensome installation of typical home security systems prevents many from protecting their homes and loved ones – until now. Introducing Guardzilla, an affordable, easy-to-use, customizable security system for less than $100 and no monthly fees. With Guardzilla, monitor your home 24x7 wherever you are from your smartphone through live video streaming. You can even listen into the room and broadcast your voice. Guardzilla can even inform you on your phone (via email, text and/or push notification) when motion is detected and even ward off intruders if you set the ear-splitting 100dB siren. It’s peace of mind – at a small price tag. Guardzilla also offers several video cloud storage subscription options to provide users the ability to retain their recorded video events: 1. Two (2) Days of video storage (no audio): Free 2. Seven (7) Days of video and audio storage: Monthly charge: $4.99, auto-renewal for one month Annual charge: $49.99 (17% savings) 3. Thirty (30) days of video and audio storage: Monthly charge: $8.99, auto-renewal for one month Annual charge: $89.99 (17% savings). - Auto-renewal subscription information: 1. • Started out okay. Gotten buggier with time

It’s crashing when I first open the app everyday. Sometimes auto arm is buggy and doesn’t turn off or turns on while I’m at home. The ads during an alert notification is garbage and dumb

  • App is not dependable

    By Mykl19s
I usually do not leave reviews but because I bought this product to help with security, I figure others might be doing the same. The quality of the camera is fairly good considering what I paid. However, the app, when viewing the camera through your phone, is very undependable. I have issues with viewing the camera at home with 50 MBS download speed over Wi-Fi. The screen is constantly freezing. This is annoying especially when notifications alert you to activity. I would give a strong four star rating if the camera on the app stopped freezing, which was my reason for the purchase.

  • Great for pets

I bought this to be able to see my furry family members when I’m away and it works perfectly for that and I haven’t had any problems with the app at all. Works great every time.

  • no wifi setup option

    By Jjjihnson
This update does not have a wifi setup option. You can not connect to the internet. You get stuck. Do not update it.
  • For a single wired camera it works, don't add wireless

    By Cheri813
I have had one indoor guardzilla camera in place for a couple years, never a problem. I've attempted twice now to add in a outdoor wireless guardzilla, and the reliability goes down the tubes. More often than not BOTH cameras end up offline, or my original camera can't be reached through the app. I've tried IP reservation as that was the only recommendation I was given, it didn't help a bit. I really loved my old guardzilla, but I need to expand and the lack of reliability is a sticking point. The lack of service doesn't help either. I'd say look elsewhere.
  • Poor connection issues

I really like everything about this, but there are too many issues with connections outside of my house. Does nor connect half the time.
