DONT PLAY THIS GAME, spent my hard earned money on it and didn’t pull ANYTHING, they treat their fan base like a joke, the shafting of gogeta and janembas banner was the final straw! Bye bye dokkan!

Every banner feels like a money grab....they have banners drop on specific dates but never servers never seem to be able to handle the traffic with minimal compensation for their messups
  • Fun game ruined by greed.

Let me start off by saying I throughly enjoy this game. It’s a nice, relatively easy mobile game that is accessible for diehards and regular fans alike. However, with a game like this, half of its appeal lies in those who uphold the game, and those people, for this game, are absolutely terrible. Recently, a dual dokkanfest (a part of the game where two banners contain summonable characters that are very strong) came out for two very popular characters, Janemba and Super Saiyan Gogeta. The community for this game was very excited to not only try to get, but drop money to get a chance at obtaining these amazing characters. However, Bandai Namco, the developers did very horrible in living up to the hype. They removed many of the good cards from the banner the Japanese server had, put characters that should obviously be on one of the two banners on the other, and allowed the servers for the game to be down a majority of the day during release of the dokkanfest. Not to mention they also put up sales for the premium currency before the banners dropped, attempting to siphon as much money as they could before people realized what terrible changes they made. The compensation for the servers being down a majority of the day was minuscule, at best. Until the developers show they care about their community, and the game itself, DO NOT PLAY IT.
  • This Thank you celebration has been a giant F you to the player base.

Honestly this was an event people were beyond hyped for and then when it comes the banners are worst then Japan's and the servers don't even work.

Bandai has really messed up when it comes to the global version of this game. They do not listen to the community and only seem to care about their profit now. Love the game plan and mechanics but you can only get screwed over so many times before enough is enough
  • One disappointment too many

  • Horrible Game

This game is a horrible mess. Zero customer care. Do not download. You’ll have more fun buying xenoverse or waiting for fighterz. The game is outdated & the company has zero respect for their playerbase. They treat the global payers miserably while they spoil Japan. Discrimination & racism at its finest.
  • Disappointing

Honestly, the dev's don't care about the player base at all. They care about our money more than anything. By shafting us with a 8 and a half hour maintenance, destroying probably the most hyped dokkan fest of the year, and at the end of it all giving players 20 dragon stones. Not even half of a multisummon. On top of all the other past thing's that have happened. Truly disappointing as a player who loves the game.
  • It's a great game

It's wonderful but until they stop screwing global over and treating jp so much better do not spend money.
